Hmm… is your version of Quicktime recent? It works under 6.3, and whatever I have installed on tentacle (some 5.x or 6.x). It could also be a browser configuration issue, so you might try downloading the file and then opening it in Quicktime Player. If it still doesn’t work, Saruman is controlling your computer from his palantir and you will need to have him removed by Gandalf.
